How much does KNA charge to manage my rental?
Our management fee is a percentage of the rent we actually collect: 8% if we manage 1 property for you, 7% for 2 to 4 properties, and 6% for 5 or more.
Is there a fee for finding a tenant?
Yes. Each time we place a new tenant we charge a one-time placement fee of half of one month's rent. For a home renting at $2,000 a month, that is $1,000, and the 8% management fee is $160 a month.
What does the management fee cover?
Tenant screening, monthly rent collection, scheduling maintenance and repairs, and periodic inspections with reports on the condition of your home.
How do you screen tenants?
Every applicant goes through credit, employment, rental history and criminal background checks, so only qualified tenants move in.
How are maintenance and repairs handled?
We inspect the property regularly and schedule repairs with a trusted team of skilled professionals, fixing issues quickly and at low cost.
How do you market my property?
We use drone aerials, 4K video and Matterport 3D tours so your listing stands out to quality renters.
Which areas do you serve?
We manage residential rentals in Orlando, Kissimmee and St. Cloud, Florida.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. We serve owners and tenants in English and Spanish. Hablamos español.
Can you also help me buy or sell a property?
Yes. You can buy, sell and manage rentals with the same team.

How do I get started?
