How we market your home

Renters decide which homes to visit from what they see online. We give them more to see:

• Matterport 3D tours that let renters walk through the home from their phone, including renters moving to Central Florida from out of state.
• Questions from renters answered in English or Spanish.

Good media also reaches renters you might never meet in person. People relocating to Central Florida for work, or moving from another state or country, often choose a home before they arrive. A 3D tour lets them walk through every room on their own schedule, and a drone view shows the street, the yard and what's nearby. Fewer wasted showings also means less disruption for anyone still living in the home.

From listing to signed lease

1. Price it right. We review your home and the rental market around it and agree on the asking rent with you.
2. Capture and list. We shoot the aerials, video and 3D tour and publish the listing.
3. Show and screen. We answer inquiries, show the home and run credit, employment, rental history and criminal background checks on applicants.
4. Sign and move in. We prepare the lease, collect the move-in funds and hand over the keys.

What it costs

When we place a new tenant, there is a one-time placement fee of half of one month's rent. On a home renting for $2,000 a month, that is $1,000. After move-in, our management fee is 8%, 7% or 6% of collected rent depending on how many properties we manage for you. See full pricing.
